Southern California Collision is the brand for three Orange County collision repair shops: Sandpiper Collision, Tustin Body Works, and C&W Paint and Body. The SCC Collision Intake form is operated by Velcor Auto Holdings of Riverside, California, using GoHighLevel. By using this website or submitting that form, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

This site is for learning about the shops and requesting a collision repair estimate. Use it lawfully. Do not submit contact information that is not yours, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or the intake form.

Content on this site describes collision repair, paint and body work, and estimate services at the three listed locations. It is not a promise that a particular repair, part, or timeline will apply to your vehicle until a shop inspects the damage and you authorize work.

Estimates are not a contract

Submitting the intake form, calling a shop, or receiving an estimate is a request for pricing and repair guidance. It is not a contract to repair your vehicle. You are not required to proceed, and a shop is not required to perform work until you authorize that repair with the location handling your vehicle.

An estimate may change after a full inspection, hidden damage, parts availability, or insurer direction. The written estimate from the shop — not the form submission — is the starting point for any repair conversation.

Insurance and claim outcomes

Southern California Collision shops can help with repair estimates and claim documentation. We do not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, rental coverage, deductible amounts, or any decision by your insurer. Those outcomes are between you and the insurance company.

Photos you submit

Photos uploaded through the SCC Collision Intake form are submitted for estimate purposes so a shop can see the damage. You confirm that you have the right to share those images. They may include your vehicle and the damaged areas. They are not a substitute for an in-person inspection.

How information is handled

Intake-form submissions go to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) so Velcor Auto Holdings and the shops can follow up about your estimate. The privacy notice describes what is collected and how to request deletion.

Shops and hours

Each listed shop is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Walk in during those hours or use the estimate form if you need a starting point before you visit.
