Privacy notice
This notice explains what information Southern California Collision collects when you request a repair estimate, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
Effective August 24, 2026
This page covers socalcollisions.com and the SCC Collision Intake form used to request a collision repair estimate.
Who this notice covers
Southern California Collision is the brand for three Orange County collision repair shops listed below. The SCC Collision Intake form is operated by Velcor Auto Holdings of Riverside, California, using GoHighLevel.
If you walk into a shop without using a form, that shop handles your information in person during business hours.
What we collect
The GoHighLevel SCC Collision Intake form collects:
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Preferred location: Help me decide, Sandpiper Collision, Tustin Body Works, or C&W Paint and Body
- Photos of the damage, which may include images of your vehicle and the damaged areas
- Consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email about a repair estimate
If you browse this website, the site may also record ordinary technical information such as pages viewed and device or browser type, including through Google Tag Manager when that tool is enabled.
Other estimate forms on this website collect the contact and vehicle details you choose to enter so a shop can follow up on the same kind of estimate request.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare a collision repair estimate and to contact you in the ways you consented to — phone, text, and email — about that estimate. We do not use intake-form photos or contact details for an unrelated purpose.
How the intake form is processed
SCC Collision Intake submissions go to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). GoHighLevel processes the submission so Velcor Auto Holdings and the Southern California Collision shops can receive it and follow up. That is the destination for the intake form. It is not sent to a second, separate form endpoint.
Photos of damage
Photos you upload are used to see the damage and prepare an estimate. They may show your vehicle, license plates, surroundings, or other details visible in the frame. Submit only photos you are willing to share for that estimate.
Phone, text, and email
We contact you by phone, text, or email about your repair estimate only if you consent. Text messages may incur message and data rates from your carrier. You can ask us to stop by calling a shop listed below. You can also walk in during business hours without submitting the form.
How to request deletion
To ask us to delete your information, call any listed shop during business hours or send a request through the estimate form. Include the name, phone number, and email you used so the shop can find the record.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. We do not sell your personal information. We share intake submissions with GoHighLevel so the form can be delivered to the shops that will follow up.
Use the shop phone numbers below or the estimate form to make that request. We do not publish a separate privacy email address.
